A trash removal service that takes the whole booking before the truck leaves

A single-page site for a trash removal and haul-away business, built around a booking flow that captures the job details, photographs and a live estimate before anyone picks up the phone.

The challenge

Every job started with a phone call that asked the same questions

Trash removal is priced on things a customer has to describe: how many guests were at the event, how much waste there is, where it is, whether a truck can reach it. Handled by phone, that is a long conversation before any money is discussed — and the crew still arrives without knowing what they are collecting.

Our approach

Put the whole conversation into the booking form

We built one page rather than a multi-page site, because someone standing in a garden full of rubbish bags on their phone should never have to navigate. The booking flow asks for customer type, guest count, location, date, time and waste type, calculates an estimate live as the form is filled in, and lets the customer upload photographs so the crew can plan the load before they set off. Booking sits behind a lightweight identity step — account, sign-in, or continue as guest — so the business can track enquiries without losing one-time customers to a signup wall.

What we built

  • Single-page responsive site, built mobile-first
  • Booking flow covering party organisers, households and business sites
  • Live estimate that updates as the form is completed
  • Photo upload so the pickup can be scoped before arrival
  • Account, sign-in or guest checkout paths
  • Booking summary and review step ahead of payment
  • Service, capability and materials sections explaining what is collected
